- Operational / privileged cohort: 6 recipients independently classified from dated onchain roles or actions.
- Internal comparison cohort: the other 79 F718-funded EOAs. This is not a random control group.

REPRODUCIBLE RULE
For each recipient, sort F718 native transfers by timestamp. Mark tiny_test_then_main_7d = true where a transfer of <= 0.0001 ETH is followed by a larger F718 transfer to the same address within 7 days.

RESULT
- Operational / privileged cohort: 4 / 6 = 66.6667%
- Other F718-funded EOAs: 2 / 79 = 2.53165%
- Observed rate ratio: (4/6) / (2/79) = 26.3333x
- Fisher exact two-sided p-value: 0.000106795
- Approximate 95% confidence interval for the rate ratio: 5.99x to 115.76x

INDEPENDENT LEDGER CHECK
F718's live Blockscout transaction history was regenerated through the source-ledger cutoff. All 113 supplied native outgoing transaction hashes matched the live Ethereum and Robinhood Chain histories exactly. No supplied hash was missing and no additional qualifying transaction was found through the cutoff. All 17 source transactions involving the six recipients marked tiny_test_then_main_7d also matched live explorer records for chain, sender, recipient and value.

BOUNDARY
This is a descriptive within-sender association. It does not prove common ownership, signer identity, employment, corporate authorization or causation. The operational / privileged cohort is small, so the confidence interval is wide.
